big scale 133.6, small scale 133.5. did all exercises later in the day yesterday and got into bed earlier. great sleeping weather last night (in the 50's. a beautiful day today. our son came later in the afternoon to do more work on the deck. all the boards are screwed down now and ends trimmed.
133.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
