Down 3 pounds, have been working out HARD so some muscle weight gain also factored in. I would like to decrease fat intake, increase protein intake, increase fruits/vegs, and consume more water.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
