busy busy week!! had a spike in weight this week, not much, but was concerned, talked to Dr. probably due to medicine change, but weight equaled out by weeks end, even a #l less so all's well on the home front.
127.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
