Blob up, overall down slightly. Longish walk last night, finally turned on central heat for a few minutes to take the edge off the chill. Life is good. I will try the walking treadmill with my work machine tomorrow when it’s quieter in the office. No computer this morning. Going to try and reboot my office this weekend. Fingers crossed.
167.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
