Well, we haven't actually started the Paleo yet. Our idea was to follow the meals in the book, but that has proven to be too tricky with our schedules. The hardest thing about eating healthy is the conveinence factor. The bad stuff is always ready to just grab and go. I think if I get back into the habit of tracking what I eat, I'll be better off. It kept me more accountable and aware of what I eat, so I'll just have to slowly adjust the Paleo principles into what I was doing before!

Basic concepts...no bread, no whole grains, no dairy, more veggies than fruit for weight loss, lean meats, good fats, lots of water. I haven't finished the book yet, but so far that's the gist of it.
299.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 149.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
