Had a good workout this evening. Only one less set, and one more rep, but lifted 500 pounds more for volume from the day before yesterday. Every workout it seems I set personal bests for either weight or reps.
My creatine comes tomorrow, so don't freak out if I gain 5 pounds during my loading phase.
