This is going to be a great holiday weekend. I will continue to keep my focus God is Great Thank you Lord Jesus God is my source and my provider 135 here I come
140.5 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
