I'm almost at my first personal mini goal so that is exciting! I am short staffed at work and working 100 hours a week so while I haven't had time to exercise like I wanted once Drew went back to school I'm so busy running around like mad trying to get everything done that I'm gonna say that counts for some kind of exercise :)I have not had the time to journal my food or exercise or journal at all for that matter but I am still trying to be mindful of what I am eating. Well I'm off to work hope everyone has a great weekend!
