Cut back my exercise this week, it's so darn hot it makes me want avoid it. Plus slipping and hurting my knee the other day didn't help. Also didn't help that yesterday i was all ready to swim in the morning, and the darn Rec center was adjusting chemicals in the pool and it wouldn't be open till it was too late for me. Le Sigh. I will go exercise tonight after work, but I'm not sure if I'll swim or lift weights. I have to keep reminding myself that is it OK to eat 30 carbs per day now, if those extra carbs are veggies or fruit. If I don't I'll never find my CCL. I need to know what level of carbs I have to stop at before I start to gain again.
