Did great on my lower carb plan; completely lost cravings for sweets! Calories (fat) still far too high. Thennnn had company, so ate bread (bloated) & crackers & too much dip for days after! Too much sodium, fat, carbs & calories. My New Year! Restart time :) back to moderate everything: macros & calories! Let's hop right into this Year of the Rabbit!!!!
306.2 lb Lost so far: 48.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
