i'm back! between thanksgiving and a week on the road for work, i haven't exactly been following the plan. example: for work, stayed at a casino in califonria which offered a lobster buffet for dinner. needless to say, lots of lobster tails were eaten last week.
i'll admit i was a little startled this morning when i got on the scale; i kinda hoped that ten hours a day on my feet would offset my food choices...apparently not.
anyway, back on my plan and determined to meet my goals.
