A slight gain, but that's alright. Easily explained. I worked out pretty hard today, and I know for a fact that my muscles are still holding fluid, so I have some water weight going on. I'm sure in two days I'll be down 3 pounds. ;)
369.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 169.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
