increased my workouts to 3 sets of : 20 push ups, 25 leg lifts, 4 curls, 15 bent over rows and 15 curls per set. i feel like i am always hungry this week ... wieght have stayed the same. i have been eating more but i am exercising more .... wounder when this will change and loose some pounds ? Laura is looking beautiful and we are at 27 weeks ...
243.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
