There we go, back down to 369. :) Got a supplement from BodyHealth to help with my sleep. Been waking up at 2am. One is a capsule that has melatonin a long with some other stuff, and the other is a liquid, it contains melatonin, colostrum, and velvet antler extract. Let's see if the last one holds up to the hype. VAE is clinically proven to naturally boost T.

369.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 169.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
