thanksgiving was a rough one for those who celebrate, I'm sure we all had a test of willpower, I went too far but still came out with no major setbacks. back on track it seems for now.
189.6 lb Lost so far: 86.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I ate way too much! I am good most of the time I just binge on the sweets... so lose my will power! Have to get in my head space again... good luck!
