I have to make sure I drink lots of water I may be eating too much fresh fruit. My carbs are extremely high. I will be under 140 by next week Thank You Lord God You are Good all the time.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
