I ate salads everyday for the whole summer. Loved the salads, just sick of the preparation. I've been into smoothies recently as a meal replacement. It's an alternative. Yes, I suppose if you have a goal, you've got to do what it takes to get to it. If that means eating even less, well, yes, that's what you got to do. But, if you eat well, you'll get use to smaller portions, and after awhile, it'll be habit. Good Luck. Get some buddies, it helps to see we are all in this together and all have some 'moments'.
