both scales 135.0, weighing about 3 hours earlier than normal. yesterday did am yoga, washed the car and later, elliptical before late dinner. New Crocs arrived today. Both pair hubby's and mine fit perfectly.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
