Trying to get back in the swing of things. I was looking at my daily reminder book to see up-coming b-days and I notice on the 13th of last year I wrote in how much I weighed. One reason is to see my progress from when in the many times I started the weight loss thingy. Even though I slipped up a few pounds but in a years time I lost 24 pounds. I told myself that I was not going to stress myself trying to lose the weight. Trying to lose another 10 pounds but not killing myself over it!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
