I fell off the wagon big time. I was back up to 318 last week. I started low carb and exercise Mon-Fri and will have free weekends. I lost 13 pounds this week. Hopefully I will be able to lose 25 by the end of March.
305.0 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 105.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
