Day 4 and down again - hooray! every bit counts and I still have a ways to go. But no alcohol or cravings so I'm good for now :) Another 10 days and that will be 2 weeks on the Induction. Praying I can keep this up. I already feel better and energy level has gotten higher. So I'm off to a good start for 2023, and, I really didn't plan on going back on a healthy diet, just know I didn't feel good and HAD to do something.
