Here I go again. I thought nursing was supposed to help with weight loss??😩 Here I am Nursing for almost 2 yrs and GAINING. I am back on Keto (for real this time, apparently I lied the last time…cause I was definitely eating pizza… and House friend rice… and crab rangoon.) But no more! Me and two of my friends have taken up Zumba twice a week and plan to go to the gym a couple times a week as well. And maybe even do some swimming and Racquet ball. We will see how this goes. I’m very bad at logging food these days, but I guess as long as I don’t cheat and eat carbs I should be ok… We shall see.
