Day 9 of OMAD (1700 calories at lunch) Soooo hard last night! I was discouraged and having a hard time about some personal issues and wanting so bad to say “Screw it” and run to food. The pull is real. I chose well but dang it was hard. Running to Jesus this morning 🙂
