Never did 2 sessions of cardio with 30min interval, did not get tired and increased resistance from 4 to 12... It seems that my DNA report on muscle performance is correct:

"Muscle Performance: two working copies of alpha-actinin-3 in fast-twitch muscle fiber. Many world-class sprinters and some endurance athletes have this genotype."

The day yesterday consisted of only Fish (2 Tilapia slices for lunch and 1 Catfish slice for dinner)... Super excited...
216.7 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week
