Day 8 of OMAD tried to eat 2000 calories at lunch but literally could only eat 1300 and still felt super stuffed. Went mountain biking after my “feeding” 😄 and road the struggle bud. It’s so much easier to just wait for dinner and make that my one meal a day.
214.2 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
