Slow but steady, even on a week I thought was less than stellar. Keep the momentum going.
319.6 lb Lost so far: 55.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2284 kcal Fat: 78.91g | Prot: 137.51g | Carb: 264.27g.   Breakfast: scrambled egg, biscuit, Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Lunch: Butter, Rotisserie Chicken, Italian Bread, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner: Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Sour Dough Bread, Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), 100% Natural Traditional Italian Sauce, Spaghetti. Snacks/Other: Watermelon, Hotdog with Chili, Gala Apples, Banana. more...
