The beginning of this week I gained a lot of weight not sure why because I wasn't doing anything differently. I was hoping to have lost it all by today the last day of the month but I haven't. I am still down 6.8lbs for the month of November so I guess that is good. I am going to try drinking more water right now I drink 8 glasses a day will up that to about 12 and see if that makes a difference.
