Day 6 of OMAD
Wow!
So difficult not to eat 2 meals on a Saturday.
2000 calories for my one meal.
Loving this
215.2 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
