I have been having a lot of back and hip problems, have had for some time, but, sometimes they flare up more than other times. This last few months they were definitely worse than usual. I should be lifting though, I feel my arms are a bit flabby.

Hi Lovinlocarb, how are you? How are your walking abilities? I too have low back and SI joint issues, and sometimes I find that just walking it out will ease the pain. If it's painful to start, I just go slow, and it usually works out in a few minutes or by the time I reach my destination. If we don't use it/'em we'll lose 'em. :) Let me know how it goes. :)
