Lost one of those two pounds I found. Got a good 90 minute workout today as well. Tomorrow I'll recover, and get up early before work and get a workout in on Wednesday.
380.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 180.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
