D*mnit! I have been running/walking nearly 3 miles everyday...I have considerably changed my diet. I've not been eating very much junk food, I've stopped eating late at night, I've even cut out Kool-aid and gone sugar free. Not only is this a shock, it's quite demoralizing. I thought I was doing a good job, but apparently I've not been. It's now time to work a bit more hard, and watch what I eat further. More exercise is on the agenda, and a more watchful eye on everything. I'm discouraged, but not ready to give up...(growls)
184.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi! I think you might need to eat more calories. Your average says 1200 calories per day - that is pretty low and equal to about the amount of what I eat and I am female and short. Maybe add about 300 calories in vegetables to your total every day and see if that helps. Also add a 100 calories of fat maybe! Good luck!
