At the start of this week I made the change from 1200cals to 1500cals Zig-Zag. I t was with much anticipation when I weighed in this morning and relieved with the results.
I must say I'm real happy with the Zig-Zag approach it has really tamed the over all hunger issue.

Way to go!! I found it nerve-wracking when I started to increase my calorie count. It's so counter-intuitive that you can lose more by eating more. But it seems to work. Keep it up. You're getting very close to your goal. -Alan
