Did so well all week and faltered on the weekend while we were away. :( I didn't go totally crazy and my portions were still smaller but... UGH, Why do I do that to myself.. feels good being back in control...
178.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
