I am a little disappointed that my weight went up a bit. However, I'm sure its partly due to retaining water along with other factors. On the positive, my husband was able to get his gym membership changed over to me yesterday so now I can go by myself any day I want while he babysits the girls. So now I have no excuse not to reach my end of the month goal of getting under 200lbs because starting today I'll be going to the gym at least one hr/day 5 days/week.
