BodyBugg is helping so much. As is being home from vacation and being back in a healthy routine, even though I didn't eat that poorly on vacation I was starting to slip into poor habits before vacation so good things are back on track. I need to be better about eating more, instead of just eating bad calories to get to my food intake for the day. Off to the farmers market and then a workout for me!
