I lost again, yay!!! I wanted to share my thoughts with you on something. I think that you have to be mentally ready to lose weight as well as physically. and just because you are at that point, doesn't mean everyone else is. One of my best friends weighs close to 400 pounds. She says she wants to lose weight but doesn't really want to work at it. So I tell her I am almost ready to pack up all my size 24 clothes because they are too big, do you want them? She is like a size 28 right now but b/c she keeps saying she wants to lose weight I thought she might want them. And she is like no i am ok. she never makes comments about my weight loss either. I love her i just don't think she is ready. Anyways I am super excited to be losing weight and know that I will stick with it. Looks like my next goal of 275 should be met by July 1. Now I just have to get down to at least 250 by October when we go to Disney World.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It's so true, you do have to mentally be dedicated to doing what is necessary to become healthy. It's not easy, and seeing that the easy way out doesn't work, a lot of people do quit (heck, I'm sure that's what I've done on my past weight loss attempts). Congrats on the weight loss... you've done so amazing so far, you're easily going to reach that 250 goal!
