posting same weight as yesterday since I did an early airport run this chilly morning and was already up, dressed and full of coffee by 6:00. Did 2.7 miles last night, wonder what's going on with the watch because it was pretty much the same as the night before, so whatever.

Supposed to be off work mostly this week and that's not happening. Trying to take care of all the administrative nonsense before year end.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
