down a # today from last Friday, but wkly avg. this week is 130#.. So I'm. hangin' tough!! pretty proud of myself as I've managed to maintain the 130# mark pretty close for the yr!!! Hope your goals are on track as well!!! Happy Thanksgiving All!!
