Hit my week goal of -7 really happy about that just need to maintain over the weekend which could be a challenge next weeks goal 275 another - 7 lb lets do this
282.0 lb Lost so far: 99.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
