Worked outside in the yard all day Saturday & Sunday, but over ate both days. Also drank 2-3 beers Friday & Saturday..... I know wasted calories and carbs.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
