After a good off season and some hard bulking, It's time to get my mind in place for my first bodybuilding show in 2015. 6 weeks of cutting now to trim some of the fluff off before I head off to the beach. Then maintenance until February, and then the real dieting begins.

Goal: 90kg at 5% bodyfat.
220.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
