Good Colld Friday MFS Friends!!
Hope all are warm, and keeping with your goals, especially with urges for comfort food.. I'm still on track within my goal range despite my emotional rollercoaster continuing. New meds have my appetite down, but I still eat, and altho I want junk food ,etc I refrain. keeping up my walking and may reach my goal of 1000 miles this yr!! only about a 100 to go.!!have a great weekend and keep up your good work!!
129.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
