Grandpa Ron's Journal, 21 August 2009

From July of 2008 'til June of 2009 I lost from 352 lbs to 229 lbs. This summer I felt really good with the weight loss and partied hard. Drank too much, ate too much and had a great time. I weight this morning to get started on losing again. I weight 263 lbs. Time to diet again. Goal....220 lbs. Wish me luck. Ron
263.0 lb Lost so far: 89.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

hey u have come this far...dont loose hope. just get back on your food program u was doing. and have one cheat day where u allow your self one item. and yes you will have to measure it dont go over board. and just do lots of walking it will happen. i did it in 3 years went from 245-129. but have gained back to 145 in 5 years so i'm going back on mine to get to 135 and be happy. and yeh i just do walking and swimming.
