Got 3 miles in today, with 6 sprints. Huffing a bit. Still haven't gotten the bike ready yet. It'll be ready for the weekend. The detox is looking good.
210.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
