Recovering from a back injury that prevented me from exercising and walking. Consequently, I gained a few pounds over the month of convalescing.

After 4 weeks, the back is 75% better and started the weekend walking routine. Will incorporate my AM exercise routine when I am a little bit bettter.
156.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
