weigh in is 185.8 (-3.6lbs) waste tight= 38 and loose is 41

lost 16.2 over all to date last 6 weeks since I started my new eating right diet avg 2.7 a week
185.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
