I went SHOPPING!!! IT IS ON!!!!!!!!!!! OFF!!!! ON!!! Whatever~! 2nd time...where is #1
I lost 10 lbs in four weeks ( read my diary ) Keep trying, make all ur own food, DONT EAT OUT ( maybe once every other week for a treat ) dont drink alcohal, eat less than 1500 cals a day, only weigh in once a week... you may have to make ur partner eat the same way, cant hurt them.
