Still struggling to stay on track. Must exercise more portion control. I feel myself eating more even after I'm full. Need to stop that crap.
321.1 lb Lost so far: 53.9 lb.    Still to go: 21.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1990 kcal Fat: 101.79g | Prot: 148.60g | Carb: 123.93g.   Breakfast: scrambled egg, biscuit, Pork Loin (Tenderloin). Lunch: Butter, Rotisserie Chicken, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner: Double Cheeseburger, Sliced Pepperoni, Deli Thin Sliced Roast Beef, Mayonnaise, 2% Reduced Fat Deluxe American Cheese, Deli Thin Sliced Turkey, Whitewheat Sliced Bread. Snacks/Other: Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Mint Dark Chocolate. more...
