4 weeks post Knee replacement so I am pleased with this result. Haven't been very active or strict with Keto but have been on track calorie wise. Was concerned I'd gain during this time. I'm a Happy dude with this weigh-in. cross my fingers it continues while I get back to normal activity.
232.4 lb Lost so far: 91.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
