this week I was aiming for 1200 daily intake. I went over a couple times but those were on real long hour work days. I am going to try a "zig zag" calorie intake based on a weekly intake of 1600 a day for the rest of the challange.
181.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.4 lb a week
